Yum. Pregnant cravings.
So I've been craving sugar really really hard lately and can't find anything to supplement. It's been hell trying to stay away from all the Halloween candy and whatnot. I have been so tired of trying to get my daily fruit in with canned stuff and orange juice, but after this, I'll be good to go forever.
Anyone who likes fruit or craves sugar will LOVE this.
Fruit Smoothie Thingy
-sack of frozen mixed berries (strawberry, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries) (make sure to get the kind with no sugar added!)
-2 whole bananas
-cup of cold milk
-3 cups of ice
Throw in blender until smooth and enjoy. Some of the fruit was still chunky and it was HEAVEN. Even husband, who usually runs from anything remotely healthy, adores it. And with no added sugar, it would be alright for the other kids too. : D Enjoy!
Also, a question of ettiquette:
When you're doing the baby shower invites and people keep asking where you are registered, are you supposed to put it on the card, or is there a polite way to let everyone know? I've never been to/done one before and it feels weird telling people on the invites where we are registered. Any other advice for doing a good baby shower is appreciated. : ) My best friend is throwing mine, but we're both kind of organizing for it, so...yeah. Thanks in advance!
